Passport and ID card

A citizen of the Republic of Lithuania living in foreign country must submit the documents for the issuance or replacement of a personal identity card or a passport in person to:

a consular office of the Republic of Lithuania or a selected branch of the Migration Department (upon arrival please present the old passport or ID card).
a selected branch of the Migration Department irrespective of the declared place of residence.
