Workshop "Baltic Connecting 2012"
Lithuanian State Department of Tourism has a great pleasure to invite you to the workshop "Baltic Connecting", which will be held on October 22nd – 26th, 2012 in Vilnius.
This is great opportunity to meet local tourism professionals, to find new partners. During the event you will meet professionals from Lithuania representing wide range of tourism segments such a seaside resorts, SPA and health recreation, conference organizers and many more!
„Baltic Connecting 2012" preliminary Programme is as follows:
October 22nd, Monday
Arrival to Vilnius, transfer and check-in to hotel; Vilnius city tour.
October 23rd, Tuesday
Breakfast in hotel; Transfer to workshop place; Presentation of Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian tourism recourses; Workshop; Gala dinner.
October 24th-25th, Wednesday - Thursday
Familiarisation tours. You are welcome to choose one of the five offered tours: Lithuania – a tour through ages (1 day), Health – SPA tourism in Lithuania (2 days); Lithuanian seaside (2 days); Cultural and city tourism (2 days), Active and Eco tourism (2 days), Tour to Estonia (2 days), Tour to Latvia (2 days).
October 26th, Friday
Departure.
Since the number of participants is strictly limited we recommend you to announce your interest as soon as possible and no later than September 21
st. Please note that we will accept up to TWO persons per company. Your candidature will be confirmed by the Organization Board and will go through the final registration.
The Lithuanian organizers will cover all the travel expenses to/from and within Lithuania, hotel accommodation in Vilnius and during familiarization tours, food and beverages and social program.
