  • Oversees strategic communication, cultural and public diplomacy issues.
  • Supervises the implementation of the Minister’s strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Supervises Lithuania’s resilience to external threats and crisis management.
  • Oversees the strengthening of the Eastern Neighbourhood Policy and the development of bilateral and multilateral relations with the countries of Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia.
  • Oversees relations with the world’s Jewish communities, Holocaust and Jewish cultural heritage issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Foreign Minister.
